Dr. Rosenthal is an accomplished healthcare executive and nursing expert.  Her expertise lies in optimizing patient experience, regulatory compliance, quality performance, strategic planning, legal/risk management, and financial stewardship. She maintains leadership positions in prominent academic hospitals and primary care settings managing diverse clinical and operational complexities.  Academically she holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Nursing, a master's degree in Critical Care Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Clinical Leadership. In addition, her degrees are complimented by both clinical and administrative certifications.  She has presented her work at local and national conferences and published on various nursing topics to support and promote best practices in patient care.  She has also been recognized through numerous clinical and leadership awards and actively participates in professional organizations, serving in leadership roles and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice.

Critical Care Nurse since 2013, began her career in mixed ICU population in NJ, before migrating to NYC as a Cardio-Thoracic Surgical ICU Nurse at NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Involved in Patient Safety and Quality as her unit's CAUTI Champion and Co-Chair for Cornell's HAI Champions Committee for the last 3 years.
