Rate of pay: $31.45 to $49.88

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Here at Harborside Health and Rehab, the RN/LPN Nurse MDS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and/or coordinating the assessments and completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS) on all residents.

MDS Coordinator, RN MDS, LPN MDS, Minimum Data Sets, Medicare, Medicaid, MDS Nurse, MDS RN

Requirements: 

Education: RN or LPN Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Licenses/Certification: A licensed RN or LPN licensed to practice nursing in District of Columbia.

Affiliations: AANAC (American Association of Nursing Assessment Coordinators) preferred

Experience: Four years or more experience in a Long Term Care facility and MDS experience. Knowledge of federal and District regulations, Medicare/Medicaid rules.
